Anyone can be a PTA member!
PTA membership is open to everyone - parents, grandparents, friends and community members! PTA is an inclusive organization and we invite all adults who care about children and schools to join. Although you may still participate in PTA activities without a formal membership, by joining you gain the right to vote on PTA issues, such as board members and budget proposals.

How does Ridgewood PTA support my child?
We are proud to have sponsored, funded, or staffed a variety of events and programs, including:
Accelerated Reader - Scholastic Book Fairs - Family fun nights - Art Docent - Reflections - Yearbook - Assemblies - Field Trips - STEM Fair - Emergency Preparedness supplies - Teacher grants - and more!

As a PTA member, do I need to volunteer? 
Nope! Your amount of involvement with the PTA is optional. Our PTA is completely volunteer run and we welcome volunteers at all levels, big and small, in the programs and events we plan for the year! We encourage member participation in general meetings and other activities. But, volunteering is not required as a PTA member.
